Services Offered and Rules

  • Air conditioning on request - Large Garden - Shared BBQ - Private pine forest - Reserved parking space - TV - Sky satellite ready - Free Wi-Fi ADSL internet connection.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Minimum stay 5 days / 4 nights.

Supplements

  • Final cleaning (kitchenette excluded): Studio €110, Two-room €125, Three-room €135.
  • Service fee: €10 per night.
  • To be paid on arrival: damage deposit €100 (refunded on departure after inspection of the apartment).
  • Bed and bathroom linen not provided. Available on request, at least 15 days in advance, at €40 per double bed/bathroom set (2 double sheets, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 2 bidet towels) for stays up to 10 days. Beach towels on request €8 (2 towels), only together with a bed/bathroom set.
  • Extra folding single bed - daily cost: €15 adult, €10 child up to 15 years.
